Akka and IntelliJ IDEA CE

• create a new build definition from a template:

sbt new akka/akka-quickstart-scala.g8

• from IDEA CE, use import project to import resulting definition, as an sbt project

When a new library dependency is added to build.sbt, IDEA displays a message: sbt projects need to be imported. Click on Import Changes.
